All parties (POCN, LDS, and the City of Cody) filed their last legal briefs on April 15, 2024.
The Wyoming District Court heard oral arguments from POCN and the LDS Church on May 23, 2024 at 8:30a.m at the Park County courthouse in Cody. (Counsel for the City of Cody did not make oral arguments during the hearing.)
Following the hearing, the Court will take as much time as needed to issue its ruling.
